When it comes to how ADXL Audience Inventory works, it's quite simple. Once you provide the necessary details and targeting criteria for your campaign, ADXL AI scans the audience and filters them based on relevant data points to find the best customers. The matching audience is then combined into one list and made available for your campaign as a suggested list.
You can view the categories, segments matched, geography, and the available channels for that audience list. You can simply click "add to campaign" and add these lists to a campaign. It's important to note that customer match lists from ADXL Audience Inventory are charged separately to your subscription, and the cost is based on the number of records.
Once the list is added to your campaigns, ADXL will sync the list with the ad platforms you selected, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and TikTok. The platform matches the information such as email addresses, names, phone numbers, or mobile advertiser IDs with the user profiles on their platform. This enables you to interact with the most relevant high-potential audience with targeted ads to their customers on multiple platforms.
Currently customer inventory list upload is currently only available in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Sometimes it may take some time for ADXL to generate suggested lists for your campaign. In such cases, you will receive a notification once the list is ready. Alternatively, you can revisit the campaign and check the suggested lists section at a later time. If no suggested lists are available, it means that there are currently no available match-ready audiences for your campaign. However, the lists are updated frequently, so it is advisable to revisit and check periodically for any updates.
