Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing & paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with marketing terminology and digital marketing industry
